Total National Nutrition Week 2021:

The theme for National Nutrition Week 2021 is 'brilliant feeding right from the start. The central government has launched the program to provide accurate information and raise awareness about conferences and workshops.

With the help of various campaigns and programs, the government aims to pass on information on how children and citizens can benefit from nutritious food from birth. People from different walks of life will participate in sub-programs such as the Bharat Poshan Premier Quiz, Good Food Talk Show, Healthy Khayega India, and a week-long campaign.

Bharat Londrition Week to Fight Malnutrition:

In partnership with the Wellbeing Council, Integrated Health has decided to celebrate 'Bharat Nutrition Week. Bharat Nutrition Week is likely to be the largest food and healthy food festival in the country. It will provide the same platform for relevant Ministers, governments and private companies, policymakers, and civil society organizations to share best practices in the fight against malnutrition.

Significance of National Health Week:

One must get essential nutrients and food to grow and live a healthy life. Nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, fats, proteins, minerals proteins, vitamins, and water should be an essential part of our diet to maintain the immune system.
